Description – Region V Services Lincoln 1 provides a wide range of vocational and residential services keeping employment as the first option explored for everyone while supporting people to live as independent as possible. We are a community-based service with 2 convenient day service locations. Our goal is to get to know people and their interests in order to support them in having a meaningful life.
Description – When an individual desires residential supports that encompass a family setting while providing excellent consistency of supervision, then the Shared Living Program is your answer, and we are your team to help find one! We offer individuals and their families the opportunity to choose a family or an individual with whom he or she feels compatible. The SLP program offers a viable alternative to the traditional group residence placement and is an excellent choice for someone transitioning from their parent’s home into agency services.
Description – Plaza connections offer many activities and opportunities throughout the Lincoln community. Integrated activities through day and residential services are intentionally designed to offer individuals the opportunity to practice a number of different skills, including social skills, communication, shopping, exercise, relationships and other skills that enhance personal growth.
